Finance Manager Austria & Switzerland (m/f/d)

• Financial responsibility for our Legal Entities Austria and Switzerland  

• Execution of key financial processes and procedures (Order Intake, Sales, Costs, Headcount, Net Working Capital and Fixed Asset Controls) and monthly/annual closing activities 

• Continuous monitoring of the processes and proactive intervention with related departments to ensure the financial transactions are reflected correctly 

• Proactive management and controlling of the current Performance/Risk Development of both local entities 

• Accomplishment of corporate reporting requirements (e.g. weekly, monthly reporting). 

• Preparation of forecast, budget and strategic plan and ad hoc steering analysis with business counterparts 

• Ensuring compliance with Corporate and Local Policies & Procedures (CPP & LPP) and contract management guidelines 

• Managing external payroll and tax service provider, financial auditors, authorities, banks 

• Responsible for internal and external (financial, IT, etc.) audits 

• Preparation of statutory financial statements, ensuring tax compliance and local regulation for Austria & Switzerland 

• Successfully completed studies of business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on Finance/controlling 

• Several years (5+) of experience in a finance management position ideally with an international production-oriented company 

• Statutory closing Austria is a must, Switzerland as an additional asset 

• Personally, you convince through your success orientation, flexibility, positive thinking and ability to work under pressure. 

• Further important attributes are analytical-conceptual strength with a clear implementation orientation and hands-on mentality 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation/communication skills. 

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills in German and English 

• Sound user know how in SAP S/4 

• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
