Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading

How did it all start?

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the

bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)

in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the

country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,

Tunaiku.

Responsibilities:

Perform financial and business performance tracking across key banking metrics.
Update existing data models, dashboards, and standard reports to monitor KPIs.
Support and participate in finance process improvements.
Maintain and update investor, analyst, and stakeholder databases.
Support the coordination and execution of key Investor Relations activities.
Assist in monitoring compliance with capital market regulations, continuous disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related fields

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field

Experience in a publicly listed company or banking institution is an advantage

Strong analytical and structured thinking

Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis

Good at research, reporting, and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders
