The Commercial Enablement Manager is the analytical and technical partner for MISP, bringing commercial data to life down to the sub-national level. The role connects technical data work to business logic through decision-ready visualisation, ensuring data is understandable, actionable and maintained for ongoing use rather than creating dashboards for their own sake.

- Connect approved backend sources, including customer relationship management, territory, incentive compensation, sales, promotional activity and channel/campaign performance, using enterprise tools and governed access.
- Build and maintain decision-ready views for sales and CFC effectiveness, including sub-national sales versus promotional impact, calls, customer engagement planning, targeting and execution-quality measures.
- Provide data and views that support the segmentation process run by CFC Excellence, using approved enterprise methodology and data products.
- Investigate discrepancies across source systems, local views and GOSC outputs; lead detailed resolution with backend data, platform, IT and source-system owners.
- Maintain clear definitions, refresh logic, quality controls, lineage and known limitations, and track whether data products are used in business decisions.
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate querying, anomaly detection and reporting, prepare data for capabilities such as dynamic targeting, and guide Data/AI contractor delivery.
