Finance Internship Opportunities

We are very excited to provide Finance internship opportunities for university students!

Our internship roles are based in our Budapest GBS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
Office location: 1095 Budapest, Soroksári Street 44.

Mostly we have the following opportunities in our organization:

• Accounts Payable Intern: As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will process and verify incoming invoices, match them to purchase orders, and ensure accuracy and proper approvals. You will also partner with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution, prioritize invoices, and reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to resolve discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable Intern: As an Accounts Receivable Intern, you will match various payment types to invoices in SAP, reconcile daily cash received with bank records, and balance cash transactions at month-end. Additionally, you will maintain and report on cash application statistics, research overpayments and outstanding credit memos, and suggest process improvements.
• Accounting Intern: As an Accounting Intern, you will gain experience in General Accounting and General Ledger activities, support the preparation of financial reports, and perform clearing activities in SAP. You will also apply theoretical knowledge of US GAAP accounting in practice, contribute to the compliance of financial reports with generally accepted accounting principles, and suggest process improvements.
• Credit Control & Collection Intern: As a Credit Control and Collections Intern, you will perform all collections activities, including customer correspondence and executing effective collection procedures to improve cash flow and reduce past due amounts. Additionally, you will conduct risk assessments for new and existing customers, manage order holds, and create weekly reports.
• Billing Intern: As a Billing Intern, you will be responsible for distributing invoices to clients, uploading invoices to client portals, and handling Mexico samples invoicing. Additionally, you will perform other duties as assigned by your direct manager.

The job requirements for any of our roles are:

• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Hungarian language knowledge is a huge advantage
• Ongoing upper-level education & active full-time student card at a Hungarian university
• Availability to work minimum 20 hours a week with flexibility according to your schedule
• Previous internship experience can be advantageous
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy 
• Being a team player with a can-do-mentality
• Critical thinking
• Monotonicity handling
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP ECC) system is a plus
