Job Overview Summary
The Finance Intern is responsible for reviewing, compiling, and analyzing financial data to aid management with timely and accurate financial information which drives business decisions. The Finance Intern will also assist with data integrity and analysis projects to ensure master data records are maintained, assisting with reconciliations and supporting analysis for monthly financial reporting and other tasks as assigned.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and/or quarterly account reconciliations for assigned transactions/ GL accounts.
- Summarize billing data for inclusion in quarterly tax returns prepared internally.
- Analyzing vendor information to ensure consistency of master data
- Preparing analysis in support of monthly financial close
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Location
This role is open to candidates working remotely in the United States.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Graduate or undergraduate student pursing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and goal oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
- Learn and comprehend basic instructions
- Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
- Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
