Make your mark in the Finance Department
The Finance Department is responsible for managing the company’s financial health through effective planning, control, and reporting of financial resources. It ensures compliance with accounting standards, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains strong financial governance across all business operations. Key functions included budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, treasury, and compliance.
How you will create an impact
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements and ledgers. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain accurate financial data.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Conduct Concur analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience of Finance processes and procedures is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility.
- Effective time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet varying tasks and deadlines.
- Adaptability to be able to quickly pivot in a dynamic Finance environment in response to evolving demands and priorities.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- To work with integrity, able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve personal and business objectives.
- Good numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
- Able to self-reflect/ analyze, actively seek feedback to identify strengths and personal development.
