Job Objectives

• To assist Head, Finance & Accounts in respect to finance and accounting duties
• To manage the Costing Structure for the Company Production

Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Finance manager.

He/she will be responsible for
  • Developing and maintaining financial reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure business performance.
  • The analysis and interpretation of financial data which will inform business decisions.
  • The execution of Bank and Account reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Leading financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • The Provision of strategic financial guidance to senior management, including financial recommendations and analysis.
  • The Management of Account Receivables and Account Payables.
   Key Performance Indicators

• Timely preparation of periodic financial reports on receivables and payables
• Daily cash management report
• Timely preparation of General Ledger
• Bank statement reconciliation (weekly/monthly)
• Depreciation and amortization report (Quarterly)

Working knowledge, skills and competencies and attributes

• Proficiency in the use of an accounting software
• Versed knowledge of accounting (qualified/part qualified professional qualification) with experience
• Articulate and smart
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel
• General knowledge of IT

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in similar position
• B.Sc/HND in Accounting or ATS Qualified and writing ICAN/ANAN Professional Exams
