The PositionFinance Data Analytics & Insights Lead manages complex engagements in the area of Finance Analytics and Financial Planning, providing expert data-driven insights and strategic recommendations solutions to business leaders at all levels. This role requires deep analytical end-to-end expertise, a strong understanding of business strategy, and exceptional communication skills to support identifying high-impact opportunities and design sophisticated analytical solutions, l. Job Responsibilities
Scope / (Content Leadership): Oversees multiple analysis projects and guides other specialists. Innovates and leads high-impact initiatives.
Accountability/Problem Solving: Tackles highly complex business problems using data. Develops bespoke insights solutions tailored to unique organizational challenges in alignment with approaches defined by our Group Data strategy.
Stakeholder Management: Works closely with senior leadership to shape Analytical portfolios and solutions. Acts as a mentor to junior and associate specialists within the team.

Education / Experience

Demonstrated experience in overseeing multiple analysis/financial planning projects and guiding/mentoring team members.
Technical Skills
8+ years experience as technical, project or team lead in SAP BI/Analytics software (SAP/BW, Datasphere, SAC) design and development.
Strong capability in managing Finance related datasets based on deep understanding of the underlying systems & processes ( SAP/S4 modules : CO, FI with their Interfaces to SD and MM)
Ability to design, implement, and lead advanced data reporting & financial planning frameworks and approaches.
Of Advantage is knowledge in IBM/Planning Analytics (former TM1), Snowflake as well as experience with AI solution exploration, design and implementation
Additional Qualifications
