Primary Responsibilities:
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Partner with business, operations, and functional leaders to support strategic decision-making and drive financial accountability
- Lead variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning to improve business performance and profitability
- Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders
- Utilize advanced Excel and Essbase/SmartView to perform financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality initiatives
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members as needed
- Demonstrate agility in managing ad hoc requests, executive analyses, and high-priority business initiatives while balancing regular FP&A deliverables

Required Qualifications:
- MBA, CA, or equivalent qualification
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance business partnering
- Solid experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Essbase/SmartView (or similar planning/reporting tools)
- Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Proven solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrixed environment
