Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, from business problem definition through production deployment and operational support
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-impact AI/ML solutions with defined success metrics and adoption strategies
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, GPT-based applications, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems
- Define AI solution architectures leveraging LLMs, Transformers, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and enterprise data platforms
- Establish and drive MLOps practices, including model deployment, CI/CD automation, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for reliability, scalability, performance, security, and compliance
- Implement Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks to promote fairness, transparency, explainability, and risk management
- Lead model evaluation activities, including accuracy, bias detection, robustness testing, performance optimization, and continuous monitoring
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Operations teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Define AI roadmaps, technical strategies, and execution plans to support organizational growth and digital transformation
- Lead, mentor, and develop offshore and globally distributed AI/ML engineering teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and technical excellence
- Communicate complex AI concepts and technical solutions effectively to executives, business leaders, and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive operational readiness, user adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products and platforms
- Operate with a high degree of ownership and leadership in fast-paced, dynamic enterprise environments
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 12+ years of software development and engineering experience, including hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions
- Experience building AI applications using Transformers, Embedding Models, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and Knowledge Retrieval systems
- Experience leading and mentoring offshore or distributed AI/ML engineering teams
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Solid expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), GPT-based applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI architectures
- Solid knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, Security, Privacy, Risk Management, and Compliance requirements
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, model governance, deployment automation, and performance monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions that deliver measurable business value
- Demonstrated solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Operations organizations
- Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, influence decision-making, and deliver results with minimal supervision
