The role manages large budgets and multi-donor funds, oversees financial systems and processes, supports staff capacity building, ensures transparency, and leads finance teams while reporting to the Director of Finance.

Role: The Finance Consultant will be responsible for all financial statutory
compliances.

Educational Requirement: Master's Degree in Commerce/ Financial
Management or CA Intermediate or equivalent or Chartered Accountant.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts/ finance/ audit
functions with at least 5 years and above in managerial role. Prior
experience of working with non-profit sector is must for a minimum 5
years

 Working knowledge of management software / ERP systems (desirable)
 Application of basic project management principles

Skills Required
