Job Summary:
The Finance Business Partner (FBP) plays a critical role in aligning financial insights with business strategy. Acting as a strategic advisor, the FBP collaborates closely with business units to drive performance, enable informed decision-making, and support long-term value creation. This role is key in embedding a business partnering culture across the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to provide financial insight, analysis, and strategic support.
- Develop and implement performance management reporting and KPIs.
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Identify risks and opportunities, influencing actions through data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.
- Drive automation initiatives within the finance ERP system.
- Develop Power BI reports to support and drive the company’s KPIs.
- Support processes related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CFA, ACA, or equivalent is a plus).
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance business partnering roles, FP&A, or related finance positions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience with performance reporting tools and financial systems.
- Experience developing Power BI reports is preferred.
- Experience with Business Central would be considered a plus.
