Provides administrative and coordination support to the CEO Office, including travel arrangements, meeting logistics, document preparation, filing, scheduling, correspondence, event support, office administration, and service-request coordination. Maintains confidentiality, responds professionally to inquiries, supports office efficiency improvements, and assists with errands, supplies, couriers, and deliveries.

Owns and improves CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, deployment processes, testing environments, monitoring, logging, alerting, and scalable multi-instance environments. Collaborates with software engineering, security, and business teams to deliver reliable, secure infrastructure. Requires Linux administration, Docker, GitLab, Infrastructure as Code, networking, and VPN expertise, with at least four years of relevant experience. Cloud, security, compliance, high-availability, virtualization, and AI-assisted development experience are advantageous.

Provide first- and second-line support across Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu environments. Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, endpoint tools, user access, devices, and policies. Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity and endpoint issues, support 3CX telephony, manage tickets, and assist with onboarding and offboarding. Maintain documentation and SOPs, follow security standards, and contribute to IT process improvements.

Own end-to-end sales of TM Synergia and Tototheo’s digital ecosystem, including connectivity, cybersecurity, compliance, and fleet intelligence solutions. Build enterprise pipelines among maritime operators, ship managers, and owners; manage complex negotiations; develop bundled commercial offers; and translate technical capabilities into customer value. Collaborate with Product, Technical, Commercial, and Leadership teams on solution design, sales materials, forecasting, and roadmap feedback. Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events across Greece, Cyprus, and internationally.

Install, maintain, repair and inspect shipboard navigation, communication and safety electronics (GMDSS, VDR, ECDIS, VSAT, gyrocompass, radios). Perform tests and software updates, create service reports, provide remote and onboard support worldwide, document technical knowledge, and maintain client relationships.
