Manage all activities listed below for the business line(s)/departments assigned to his/her job responsibility.
- Act as reliable finance business partner in all OPEX and FTE related topics
- Conduct variance analyses and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to headcount development, employee related expenses and indirect cost
- Prepare monthly management summary about the result to main stakeholders, highlight the main risks and opportunities, organize regular reviews
- Transfer the key financial message for non-financial leaders into understandable insights
- Prepare monthly forecast for headcount and all related indirect, variable and fix expenses
- Work closely with main stakeholders, hiring managers, representative of business line, and with segment finance team
- Create predictable model based on historical data to improve forecast and budget accuracy considering available information about hiring, fluctuation, OPEX seasonality, one time OPEX impacts
- Prepare the yearly budget for Headcount, employee related expenses and OPEX
- Provide insightful proposals regarding target achievements
- Participate in monthly closing process
- Approve purchasing requests, monitor job req opening
- Promote knowledge sharing within the COE Team
- Participate in standard or ad-hoc internal projects
Required experience and skillset
- Effective interpersonal skill

- Ability to create a bridge between finance and business and analyze impacts of actions to the business from financial view
- Detail oriented, highly organized and can work with voluminous data.

- Ability to fix not perfect processes, system issues with sufficient mitigation control to ensure continuous process improvement.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and conducting variance analyses
- Proficient in MS Excel and have experience with ERP and BI systems such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, HFM, Workday or Jedox.
- Confidence to present complex financial matters clearly and appropriately for management stakeholders
- Has experience in developing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs as well as preparing decision-relevant performance reports.
- Demonstrates high initiative, a structured and reliable working style, flexibility in an international environment, and strong teamwork, communication, and accountability skills.
- Hold a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a comparable field, having minimum 5 years working experience
- Fluent verbal and written English knowledge.
