As an analyst for O&T Financial Control, the candidate should possess strong analytical skills to be able to contribute effectively amongst the various duties in this role:
Support the Finance team and business on all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including controlling, analysing and reporting on financial performance
Work with various departments/groups and Finance teams on tracking and understanding financials related to O&T costs (including Operating Expenses, Capital Expenditure)
Perform impact analysis by applying scenario tools to cost
Understand and explore ways for improvement of cost allocation.
Provide support to costing review with Business Units.
Preparation of annual budget, financial forecasts and ad-hoc reporting
Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments relating to financials
Possess a good university degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Proven working experience and knowledge in Management reporting, or work in analytical roles in the financial industry will be an advantage.
Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Detail-oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately and on a timely basis
Strong MS-Excel skills (e.g. Power Query, Pivot Table) will be advantageous
An independent self-starter and a team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests.
