Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical Finance Automation Project Manager to join our Regional team based in Manila, overseeing the business in Pandora markets.

The Finance Automation Project Manager will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the regions and will co-drive the Finance Automation agenda together with the team to create an efficient Finance organization.

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player. The individual will have technical expertise and able to collaborate with stakeholders from various levels of the organization and drive large scale automation or analytics projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify, design, build and implement Finance Automation or Analytics projects in line with company strategies and priorities to drive standardization and efficiency benefits 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document process requirements, co-design technical solution with other functional teams, build automation, drive user acceptance testing, conduct training to end users and carry out pre and post implementation activities

• Create project plan, cost benefit analysis and risk planning for the automation projects; recommending most optimal technical solution prior to build and rollout

• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for deployed projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects and achieve key results

• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve business efficiency in the region.

• Identification of potential new automation tools to address needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or experience in a quantitative field where you gained experience in Business Intelligence, Finance process automation, or other relevant aspects.

• Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in process automation through workflow automation tools, automated reports, robotics process automation

• Prior experience in fast paced environments such as consulting firms or technology companies

• Strong experience in workflow or process automation tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, UiPath

• Intermediate analytical skills in BI reporting software such as Tableau, Google Looker Studio

• Ability to work in a cross functional, multicultural environment environment

• Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of data science, statistical modelling skills and Python is a plus.
