The Role

As a Finance Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting the month-end close process and maintaining the integrity of the balance sheet across multiple entities. You’ll work closely with the wider finance team to support our international operating model while helping improve and scale global financial processes.

What You’ll Be DoingFinancial Operations & Reporting
  • Prepare timely and accurate General Ledger postings for assigned entities
  • Support the month-end close process and related reporting activities
  • Perform detailed monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
Accounts Payable & SaaS Operations
  • Support the Accounts Payable function by managing transaction volumes and ensuring efficient vendor payment processing
  • Assist in maintaining smooth operational finance workflows across international entities
Audit, Tax & Compliance
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting workpapers for management review
  • Assist with audit and tax-related requests under the guidance of the finance leadership team
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany cross-charge processes
Process Improvement
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including payroll optimization and bank account rationalization projects across Europe and the US
  • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability within finance operations

RequirementsQualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within an international or SaaS environment
  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant status (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification) is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of IFRS principles
  • Exposure to audit and transfer pricing concepts is advantageous
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Sage

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent Polish certification)
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting role
  • Understanding of IFRS and familiarity with Audit and Transfer Pricing
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with mid-tier ERP systems
