Identify high-value applications for LLMs, RAG, custom models, and agentic systems; design prototypes and evaluation frameworks; collaborate with Product and Engineering to productionize successful capabilities; define AI strategy, technical standards, and roadmap; and communicate complex AI concepts to technical and executive stakeholders.

Build and optimize data pipelines, BigQuery medallion architectures, API integrations, and n8n workflows for business teams. Develop applied AI systems using prompt chains, LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and automated error recovery. Work independently to eliminate operational bottlenecks, improve data hygiene, automate manual processes, accelerate cycle times, and deliver real-time decision support across sales, marketing, customer success, delivery, and support functions.

Own marketing operations across ABM infrastructure, HubSpot, website management, Looker reporting, customer journey optimization, conversion workflows, AI automation, and data enrichment. Build dashboards for funnel performance, account engagement, attribution, ROI, and pipeline generation. Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve data flow and handoffs. The role also includes directly managing and developing a Marketing Operations Manager while reporting to the CMO.

Own the full lifecycle of medium-sized software projects and features, write tested and maintainable Java code, conduct code reviews, and address production issues. The role involves improving observability and monitoring, documenting technical solutions, presenting proposals, interviewing candidates, onboarding engineers, and mentoring less experienced team members. Candidates should have approximately two years of experience, strong software engineering knowledge, B1/B2 English proficiency, and interest in agentic development.

Leads complex, high-impact software initiatives from architecture through delivery. Provides technical direction, drives design reviews, maintains code quality and test coverage, resolves performance issues and production incidents, and leads refactoring. Collaborates with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders; mentors engineers; improves engineering practices, reliability, scalability, and security. Uses Claude Code and supports an agentic development lifecycle.

Design and deliver end-to-end AI-driven localization solutions: lead custom PoCs, integrate AI features with client systems, architect AI-first workflows, drive adoption and continuous optimization, and feed customer insights into Product/R&D.
