Job Summary

Responsible for the consolidation and timely delivery of the Analytics & reporting requirements for Finance domain, in partnership with the Business stakeholders and the technical Implementation team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs that align with business objectives, and enterprise standards.
  • Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation of reporting solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless system integration, addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, implementation plans, and testing results.
  • Training and Support: Provide support for training and support activities to end-users.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics, solution delivery, application management, or IT services within a multinational organization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Analytics and Insights tool capabilities and features, including proficiency in SAP BDC, Data Sphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Good understanding of the business processes of Finance.
  • Good understanding of SAP BDC Intelligent applications and Business content.
  • Proven experience of delivering complex ETL, Data modelling capabilities with best practices and guidelines applied.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data and system requirements.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have: Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Microsoft Power BI, Project management tools – Jira.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Business Administration, or related business field; (Master’s degree is preferred)
