TAX MANAGER
This position is classified under Global Grade:

The individual will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end compliance for indirect taxes for multiple countries. This role will report to the Tax Operations Team Lead. Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Operations Analyst to support the accurate and timely execution of tax-related processes across our organization. This role involves managing tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting tax reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Tax Documentation & Compliance
o Maintain and validate tax documentation. Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. Monitor changes in tax laws and assess operational impact.
• Tax Reporting & Reconciliation
o Assist in preparation and submission of tax filings.
o Reconcile tax and reporting data across systems. Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Process Improvement & Automation
o Assist in Identifying opportunities to improve tax workflows and reduce manual effort.
o Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams. Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.

o Monitor and mitigate tax-related risks. Maintain internal controls and documentation for tax processes
Qualification for the role
- Minimum working experience in Taxes should be 2-5 years
- MBA Finance/M.Com/B.Com
- Having tax knowledge of overseas countries would be preferred.
- Should analytical abilities as he/she will be responsible for analyzing, identifying and work along with seniors to mitigate tax issues with respect to domestic as well as overseas countries.
- Working experience in SAP /CFIN, MS Office is most preferred.
- comfortable working with multi-age and multicultural groups
- Should have good presentation, communication, listening, and execution skills.
Working Time - Willing to work in shifts and extended timeline during crucial deadlines based on requirements.
