Develops talent acquisition strategies to source talent for the financial representative, college financial representative, and non-financial representative careers, and drives adoption of the strategy, resources, and tools with the field recruiters, internship and development leaders. Acts as subject matter expert in talent acquisition to support the field in their local acquisition tactics and provides the right resources to help fill the talent pipeline of the distribution system. Designs an exceptional candidate experience with knowledge of the industry, trends, data, and best-in-class content.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborates with field recruiters and leaders to integrate innovative sourcing methods and referral systems with an emphasis on providing recruiters with the right systems, resources, and technology to attract and retain talent.
- Consult with field recruiters, internship and development leaders to develop recruitment strategies for open roles and provide ongoing communications and guidance on strategies and initiatives to drive adoption
- Develop training materials, hosting webinars, and coordinating events related to field recruiting, internship and early career development.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience through ongoing management of our ATS solution.
- Identify key areas of opportunities within the recruiting cycle to develop the right content that will help candidates move through the funnel and get an accurate career preview.
- Manage weekly reporting on KPIs and leverage data to drive strategic approach across the field offices.
- Possess knowledge of the organization's business model, operations, financial goals, and overall Talent strategy.
- Understand the knowledge, skills, experience, and competency requirements for positions, and for sourcing top talent for current needs and pipelining for future needs.
- Ability to provide value added, recruiting advice to field recruiters to help build their talent acquisition strategies.
- Support the diversity and inclusion roadmap by consulting with the field on diversity recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of six years of recruiting experience, financial advisor recruiting experience preferred.
- Articulate and strategic communicator.
- Solid business insight and broad understanding of current business trends and strategies.
- Ability to engage at all levels of the organization - handle ambiguity, structure priorities, deliver on results, and build relationships while thinking strategically and objectively.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities that require attention to detail and nuanced communication.
- Advanced consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully persuade senior stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of all state and federal laws and regulations regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite.

$69,720.00
Pay Range - End:
$129,480.00
