Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcycle riders, is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Field Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with regional teams and global distributors.
Key Responsibilities
• Support global and regional field marketing initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between global marketing and regional sales teams
• Plan and lead tradeshows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics and execution
• Manage, update, and own Cardo collateral field data systems
• Manage Point of Sale (POS) inventory
• Manage timelines, budgets, and multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Support training and sales enablement programs for dealers and distributors
• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
• Proven experience managing events and tradeshows
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• High-level English – a must
• Experience in the powersports / motorcycle industry – an advantage
