Lead Cardo's commercial efforts in ANZ by developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributors and retail/e‑commerce channels, hiring and mentoring local staff, ensuring field presence through dealer visits and events, aligning with marketing and headquarters on campaigns, pricing and inventory, forecasting and tracking KPIs, and representing the brand at trade shows.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for a globally distributed platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability, while implementing cloud-native services in AWS.

The Backend Developer, DevOps Engineer will manage backend services, APIs, and the routing/navigation engine for the Cardo Ride app, working with various modern technologies and infrastructure.

Lead product marketing for Cardo's powersports communication products: develop positioning, GTM strategies, launches, collateral, sales enablement, market research, and cross-functional alignment to drive awareness and revenue.

Drive AI-first transformation, enforce scalable architectures (Swift/Kotlin, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Jetpack), implement CI/CD and automated testing, manage releases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use metrics to improve product and development outcomes.

The Embedded Software Engineer will develop wireless communication products, responsible for software design, development, and productization within a team.

Lead and grow a 6-person hardware engineering team to deliver complex electronic products from requirements and architecture through design, validation, certification, and mass production. Drive hardware architecture and design reviews, define test and validation methodologies, manage certifications and compliance, improve processes, and collaborate with Software, Mechanical, QA, NPI, Purchasing, and manufacturing partners to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective products.
