Ensure product quality throughout NPI and mass production by developing inspection plans, performing audits, leading root-cause and CAPA activities, supporting validation and reliability testing, and driving continuous improvement with manufacturing partners.

Lead and execute Cardo's Spanish brand strategy and in-market activation. Adapt global campaigns, visit and train retail partners, represent the brand at events. Manage Spanish social channels, influencer partnerships, content creation and paid social, measure performance, and collect market feedback. Role requires heavy regional travel and hands-on local content production.

Lead and grow a 6-person hardware engineering team to deliver complex electronic products from requirements and architecture through design, validation, certification, and mass production. Drive hardware architecture and design reviews, define test and validation methodologies, manage certifications and compliance, improve processes, and collaborate with Software, Mechanical, QA, NPI, Purchasing, and manufacturing partners to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective products.

Lead Cardo's commercial efforts in ANZ by developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributors and retail/e‑commerce channels, hiring and mentoring local staff, ensuring field presence through dealer visits and events, aligning with marketing and headquarters on campaigns, pricing and inventory, forecasting and tracking KPIs, and representing the brand at trade shows.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for a globally distributed platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability, while implementing cloud-native services in AWS.

Lead product marketing for Cardo's powersports communication products: develop positioning, GTM strategies, launches, collateral, sales enablement, market research, and cross-functional alignment to drive awareness and revenue.
