Our team is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help ensure every interaction with HiBob is a positive one, contributing to our world-class support team and making a real impact on our customer experience.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Markets, you will be working across and developing a variety of regional activities, events and campaigns. You will support our Sales team to deliver locally relevant field initiatives that drive pipeline and impact and awareness of HiBob. Where required, this role will also work with and where required collaborate also with our Customer Marketing and Partner Marketing teams on initiatives as well the Global Events team for on the ground support at larger scale events. It's a fast paced role where you will work with multiple teams across multiple time zones and will thrive in the flexibility of a global team.
Job Requirements

  • Experience in supporting and executing across a range of pipeline generating events, such as small-scale events, in person workshops, webinars/virtual events, seminars, hosted events, and roadshows.
  • Broad awareness of marketing tactics including digital and in person to drive results for your initiatives.
  • A self starter who loves to learn with a sense of intellectual curiosity
  • A confident, fast problem solver who can adapt to last minute changes and get the job done.
  • Organised is your middle name, your project and time management skills are second to none
  • A team player who loves to see the village win - you relish teamwork and seeing yours and others ideas come to life.
  • A global mindset is key. While this role supports local teams, at HiBob, you're part of the global village.
