As a Field Marketing & Community Manager at remberg, you will own and execute our field marketing and community initiatives across online and offline channels. You will create meaningful touchpoints with customers, partners and industry voices through events, trade fairs and community formats -— and turn them into compelling stories for our brand.

This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich.

• Field marketing & events: Plan and execute our own online and offline events, trade fairs and customer formats that create real market presence and demand.

• Community building: Build and nurture a strong network of customers, partners, associations and opinion leaders in the industrial ecosystem.

• Brand storytelling: Turn events, partnerships and community activities into impactful stories across website, social media and campaigns.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Partnerships and Content to maximize reach and impact.

• Market presence: Represent remberg at external events and strengthen our positioning as the category leader in maintenance software.

• Field & event marketing experience: Proven experience in field marketing, event marketing or community management (B2B is a strong plus).

• Ownership & execution: A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and get things done.

• Networking & communication: Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enjoyment of building relationships.

• Storytelling mindset: A good sense for content, narratives and how to distribute them effectively.

Language skills: Fluent in German and English
