This Supervisor position is located in Andrews, TX and ensures the safe and quality fabrication of our tanks and wastewater products before shipment to our customers.
ResponsibilitiesPRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise shift while planning, producing, or shipping fiberglass products as scheduled
• Attain production or shipping goals as specified by Plant Manager
• Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner
• Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
• Maintain weekly employee attendance records
• Maintain accurate production, inventory or shipping data
• Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in all aspects of manufacturing process
Knowledge of Microsoft Systems
Knowledge of Production Clocking Systems
Ability to maintain and manage schedules
