Job Description:
FI leader will get in touch with X-function to make sure focus improvement progress according to the site strategic plan, build effective capability in operating systems, tools and continue improvement culture by applying FI methodology, whilst manage system /Capacity, DiB, etc,
Key Responsibilities
1.FI pillar management
1.1 Understand site area loss and cost/loss linkage, co-work with pillar leaders and MSE manager to achieve.
1.2 Business cost benefit by driving loss elimination and 3yrs DiB roadmap through FI pillar activities.
1.3 Build site associates PS capability to eliminate loss.
1.4 Collaborate with APAC IE for TJN site capacity bottle neck and capacity expansion.
1.5 Robust continue improvement culture and lead site level hard- bones solved &KAIZEN projects.
2.Monitoring Factory Performance, incl. site performance, TRS, DiB, NQC, Productivity, SIG, etc.
2.1 Benchmarking KPIs related data and lead site performance review in site management meeting.
2.2 Co-work with OPS and MAINT. Team for the OEE, TRS leading and lagging KPIs target setting and governance.
2.3 Deep dive the opps for site KPIs and find improvement projects.
2.4 Periodically health check for KPI setting and performance tracking.
3.Deep dive area loss & opportunities and manage all the projects with X-functions
3.1 Safety loss and risk deep diving through collaboration with safety function
3.2 Quality loss and defects deep diving through collaboration with Q&FS function
3.3 Follow 4M1E to analysis area loss (8 types of waste)
3.4 Build projects management system and bring the visibility to all
Qualifications
- Fluent Oral & communication skill
- Fluent in written and read English
- RCA and PS capability
- BS degree or above 3 years professional experience in Production or Lean area.
- Project Management/CVS
