Technology Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with maintenance process guidelines, procedures and processes, and optimize process documents and equipment implementation.

* Evaluate technical requirements and control the quality of service product delivery.

* Solve problems in production and provide technical support.

* Investment plans and implementation.

* Improvement and optimization of digitalization and informatization of service processes.

* Design and optimize workshop layout based on lean production principles, and participate in improvement projects.

* Systematically design, and manage fixture and equipment, and supervise their manufacturing process.

* Lead the introduction of new products, prepare process documents and equipment fixtures, and solve problems during the production 
process.

Requirements:

* Experience in daily support for shop floor.
* Experience in preparing related WI for shop floor.
* Experience in supporting the new projects.
* Good communication skill.
* At least 3 years on ME experience. Familiar with CAD ,SAP,UG,Pro-E.
* Good English communication skill; CET4 is preferred.
* Familiar with MS-Office software;
