Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support and maintain operational processes related to the Field Force organization.
Prepare, consolidate, and analyze reports, databases, summary tables, and presentations.
Coordinate communication and collaboration between the Field Force and internal stakeholders.
Register, document, and monitor requests, activities, and business processes.
Prepare analytical reports on sales performance, field activities, and key business metrics.
Organize and administer testing, training activities, and other Field Force initiatives.
Participate in process improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and data quality.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in administrative support, analytics, sales support, or commercial operations is an advantage.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
English language proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
