Fermentációs Supervisor (Határozott idő)

Fermentációs Supervisorként a fermentációs részleg napi működésének irányítása lesz a feladatod, biztosítva, hogy a 14 fős csapat hatékonyan és gördülékenyen végezze a munkáját.

• Gondoskodsz arról, hogy minden szükséges erőforrás (létszám, anyagok, eszközök) rendelkezésre álljon a termeléshez.

• A csapatod számára biztosítod a megfelelő képzéseket (EHS, GMP), és folyamatosan fejleszted a szervezetet.

• Nyomon követed a termelési folyamatokat, elemzed az adatokat, és ha kell, beavatkozol, hogy minden a tervek szerint alakuljon.

• Részt veszel az auditokon, képviseled a csapatot, és biztosítod, hogy minden tevékenység megfeleljen a szabályoknak.

• Mentorálod és támogatod a csapat tagjait, rendszeresen visszajelzést adsz, és segítesz nekik a szakmai fejlődésükben.

• Gondoskodsz a deviációk megfelelő és időben történő kivizsgálásáról, valamint a minőségügyi rendszerekből érkező egyéb feladatok (CAPA, CC) időben történő elvégzéséről

• A Technical Services csapattal együttműködve biztosítod, hogy a szükséges berendezések a megfelelő műszaki állapotban és kvalifikáltan rendelkezésre álljanak

Elvárások:

• Természettudományokhoz kapcsolódó felsőfokú végzettség, pl. vegyészmérnök, biomérnök, gyógyszerész, ill. egyéb biológiai- kémiai-, vagy műszaki végzettség

• Minimum 1 év gyógyszergyártás területén szerzett tapasztalat, preferáltan valamelyik helyi üzemi gyártóhelyen

• Csapatvezetői készség

• Magabiztos, középfokú angol nyelvtudás

• Proaktív és együttműködő személyiség, aki képes más társosztályokkal együttműködve, illetve önállóan is dolgozni
