Job Responsibilities:
- Improvement workshops according to the CI plan. Planning the workshop, organize the cross functional team, collecting data of actual status, lead the team through the phase of analyze, idea generation, evaluation, implementation, follow up. Documenting the Workshop A3,
- CI Cost Savings & Problem Solving. Support the Performance Improvement / Cost Reduction Program in the division. Lead & Tracking of CI Projects workshops; Participate in Problem Solving (PDCA, support Top 3 Improvement Projects, 5Why Problem Solving)
- Shopfloor & KAIZEN. Support the planning of yearly Kaizen Plan / Program (e.g DLE Improvement, Material Handling etc.). Advanced process knowledge of core processes of the division; weekly Gemba Walk by following the complete material flow; conduct minimum one KAIZEN workshop per month. Small but continuous improvement steps - everybody, everywhere and every day. Problem solving "at the source", Managing by Facts and Figures, encourage measurable improvements.
- MAFACT Tools. The job holder is Create/ revisit Standardized Work for a high runner; identify and track significant improvement of performance related KPI via SW. Support SW rollout in the division.
- Revisit / Maintain 5S program, track action implementation and improvements in 5S
