Requirements :
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle FCCS solutions
- Manage end-to-end FCCS implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to optimize consolidation, close, and reporting processes
- Translate business requirements into FCCS configurations and integrations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/INDAS) and internal controls
- Provide support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional teams during project execution
- Coordinate with Oracle support and vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Deep understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM suite (FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, etc.)
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Oracle Data Management, FDMEE)

- FCCS Experience (End to End Implementation) – Minimum 5
