About The Role:
The Supervisor/AM role resides within the Global Sales Operations organization within Sales Strategy & Planning and will report directly into Sales Operations Manager, This role will work closely with the Sales, Sales Operation Business Partners, Territory Operation and the Data Quality Team across all theatres.
You'll be responsible for transforming our Sales Operations and Data Quality Team, innovative solutions, automation, and AI implementation, while ensuring operational excellence during our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) execution.
Shift : 5 PM - 2 AM IST
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Sales Operations Analysts to help them professionally grow within the Sales organization, fostering a collaborative and high performing culture while championing a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance Operations processes and predictive capabilities.

  • Understand end to end business processes, flow of data within and between processes, and recommend process improvements for better functioning of the Operations team.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for case management for sales operations and data quality related activities, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.

  • Lead major and ad-hoc process and/or system improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, data quality and global sales teams to align sales strategies, support marketing campaigns, and resolve customer inquiries promptly.

  • Exceptional knowledge on Salesforce across all core objects, including Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts and Territory.

  • Work closely with our Global Sales Operations Shared Services support teams to provide best in class support for Sales and Sales Operations Business Partners,

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s/Post Graduate Degree required (Business/Operations/Project/Marketing)

  • SFDC Admin (ADM201) Certification (Optional)

  • 8+ years of overall relevant industry experience.

  • Data Analytics Experience, Working with Sales and Marketing Functions.

  • Fluent Salesforce.com user, strong understanding of custom objects (and customising Sales Cloud), standard objects (user object, hierarchies)

  • Experience with data loading tool like Salesforce Inspector and DataLoader.

  • Experience managing or leading projects from the inception until the conclusion of the project.

  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to question the status quo and think outside the box.

  • Leadership Requirements

  • 2-3 years demonstrated experience in team leadership and operational management

  • Track record of successfully managing small teams (2+ direct reports)

  • Background in business operations, sales operations, or process management

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • MBA
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or related functions
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Salesforce CRM subject matter expert for Accounts, Opportunities, Territories, Cases, and User Objects
  • Proven success in pipeline management, case management optimization, and territory planning
  • Strong track record of AI/automation implementation in Sales Operations (forecasting, deduplication, workflow automation)
  • Proficient Salesforce.com user with strong understanding of custom and standard objects and Sales Cloud customization
  • Experience with data loading/tools such as Salesforce Inspector and ETM
  • Experience with Salesforce Maps territory carving and balancing activities
  • Experience configuring role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy, sharing rules, and Security Setup in Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of Collaborative Forecasting and enabling forecast managers
  • Clear understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity business processes with emphasis on Territory and Role/Forecast Hierarchy
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
