What You’ll Do:
· Lead, design and deliver user-centered solutions by conducting research, creating prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally, while maintaining design systems and aligning with business goals.
· Continuously evaluate performance, mentor team members, and stay current with UX trends and technologies like AI.

Experience:
· 8 years of experience.
