- Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior D&A Platform Automation Engineer to accelerate the Data & Analytics (D&A) platform by automating the provisioning of GCP and Databricks resources. This role ensures that analytics teams can seamlessly access scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud services. You will use Terraform and modern automation practices to standardize resource creation, embed governance, and simplify onboarding for D&A projects.

- Automatizar o provisionamento da plataforma de dados e analytics (D&A) usando Terraform e práticas modernas de IaC, garantindo que times de analytics acessem recursos de forma rápida e segura.
- Implementar governança e compliance (segurança, políticas, controle de custos) padronizando fluxos de trabalho (GitOps, CI/CD, FinOps).
- Assegurar confiabilidade, escalabilidade e eficiência de custos da plataforma, alinhando-se a times de CloudOps, Segurança e FinOps.
- Fornecer padrões reutilizáveis e acelerar onboarding de projetos de analytics, compartilhando boas práticas e documentação.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate provisioning of the Data & Analytics (D&A) platform using Terraform and modern Infrastructure-as-Code practices, enabling analytics teams to access resources quickly and securely.
- Implement governance and compliance controls (security, policies, cost management) by standardizing workflows (GitOps, CI/CD, FinOps).
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency, collaborating with CloudOps, Security, and FinOps teams.
- Provide reusable patterns and accelerate analytics project onboarding through documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
Requisitos:
- Inglês fluente para reporte internacional.
- Experiência com Terraform e IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
- Automação de pipelines (CI/CD) usando GitHub Actions, Spacelift ou equivalentes.
- Conhecimento em GCP (BigQuery, Dataproc, GCS, Pub/Sub, IAM).
- Automação de Databricks (clusters, jobs, usuários, permissões) via Terraform.
- Conhecimento de políticas de segurança, governança e FinOps (custos, tags, compliance).
- Trabalho colaborativo com times multifuncionais (CloudOps, Security, FinOps).
- Comunicação clara e estruturada.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent English.
- Experience with Terraform and IaC.
- Automation of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Spacelift, or equivalent tools.
- Expertise in GCP services (BigQuery, Dataproc, GCS, Pub/Sub, IAM).
- Automation of Databricks resources (clusters, jobs, users, ACLs) via Terraform.
- Knowledge of governance, security, and FinOps practices (tagging, cost control, compliance).
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (CloudOps, Security, FinOps).
- Clear, structured communication.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related fields.
