We target a People Analytics Analyst with strong hands-on experience sustaining and evolving Power BI dashboards in a HR/People Analytics context. Role Description:

• Own maintenance and continuous improvement of existing Power BI dashboards

• Troubleshoot complex DAX, Power Query, and data models already in place

• Support data preparation and validation using Python (basic/intermediate; AI-assisted coding when needed)

• Work with Power Automate flows and SharePoint Lists as part of the data pipeline. Needs proficiency in it.

• Perform detailed data-quality checks and reconciliations, heavily relying on advanced Excel

• Operate strictly within a People Analytics / HR domain

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills (required).

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.).

• Knowledge of analytical programming languages (Python, Power Automate, etc).

• Experience with statistical and predictive modeling.

• Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and relational databases.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Experience in HR metrics and all ecosystems.

• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce or other insurance system.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory.

• Strong communication skills to interact with various departments and leadership levels.
