We target a People Analytics Analyst with strong hands-on experience sustaining and evolving Power BI dashboards in a HR/People Analytics context. This person needs to operate with autonomy, troubleshoot existing complex dashboards, ensure numerical accuracy through rigorous data-quality checks, and handle a mixed setup combining automation and controlled manual inputs. Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and clear communication are critical given the operational and stakeholder-facing nature of the work. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as the role involves close interaction with stakeholders in both the United States, India and Latin America.
Role Description:
• Own maintenance and continuous improvement of existing Power BI dashboards
• Troubleshoot complex DAX, Power Query, and data models already in place
• Support data preparation and validation using Python (basic/intermediate; AI-assisted coding when needed)
• Work with Power Automate flows and SharePoint Lists as part of the data pipeline. Needs proficiency in it.
• Perform detailed data-quality checks and reconciliations, heavily relying on advanced Excel
• Operate strictly within a People Analytics / HR domain

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills (required).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.).

• Experience with statistical and predictive modeling.
