The Solutions Delivery team within People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) designs, builds, and supports AI-powered employee experiences, workflow automation, and HR technology solutions. The team partners across HR, IT, and business functions to deliver scalable digital capabilities that improve employee access to information, streamline processes, and enable enterprise AI adoption. A primary focus is the AI Front Door platform, including conversational agents, integrations, automation, and responsible AI governance.
The Associate AI Engineer will officially report through the AI organization in IT and supports the design, development, implementation, and support of AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation platforms specifically for HR with a dotted line relationship to Solutions Delivery. Working under the guidance of more experienced engineers, the role contributes to developing AI applications, preparing and transforming data, integrating enterprise systems, testing solutions, and supporting deployment and monitoring activities. The position works closely with other AI engineers, product owners, HR stakeholders, and technology teams in an Agile delivery environment. The role is intended to build foundational expertise across the AI solution lifecycle, including development, integration, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement.
