- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of System Analysis experience
- 5+ years of experience working with operational and analytic personnel in configuring dashboards, maps, layers, templates, and other geospatial workflows to meet mission needs.
- Analyze geospatial processing workflows to document and provide recommendations for Enterprise GIS enhancements and changes to support user requirements.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing Enterprise GIS capabilities.
- Research new solutions from industry or other government agencies to introduce new tools and processes to meet the requirements of FBI users.
- Interface with users to document and troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on optimal or alternate workflows to create geospatial products.
- Assist with requirements gathering, workflow optimization, and alignment of platform capabilities to user goals
Skills Required
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of systems analysis experience
- 5+ years of experience configuring dashboards, maps, layers, templates, and other geospatial workflows with operational and analytic personnel
