Key Responsibilities
Discover and connect with prospective clients, converting leads into enduring policies
Consult with clients on their unique risks and recommend tailored insurance strategies
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by offering ongoing expertise and support
Consistently surpass sales objectives while maintaining compliance standards
Keep up-to-date with evolving insurance products and industry guidelines
Leverage CRM systems to manage prospects, follow-ups, and renewals
Actively contribute to team meetings and innovative sales initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable initiating outreach and expertly closing sales
Highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated
Strong time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or commitment to obtain)
Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
