Department Summary
The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians across nearly 100 facilities across the country. Devoted to building a collaborative and committed group of employees who manage inventory, fleet and performance - IHS is the driving force that connects our customers with the industry's best products and services for DISH.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
This inspirational leader will ensure a high level of profitability, overall customer service/satisfaction, adequate staffing levels, training, internal and external business growth, and maximize asset utilization in order to achieve company goals. This position also plays a critical role in further developing the company, every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing P&L responsibilities and managing spending and inventory control within the territory assigned
- Achieving installation, customer service, and performance metric goals for the territory assigned
- Working autonomously in a fast paced environment, taking the initiative, managing multiple projects, and working to find solutions under tight time frames
- Overseeing all hiring, training and supervision of employees, as well as performance management, performance metrics, customer feedback, site visits, personal and team observations and feedback within the territory
- Traveling to meet and collaborate with team members and attend company meetings, functions, and training
- Coaching, leading, and mentoring multiple levels of the organization on a continuous basis
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree coupled with five plus years related District/Regional Operations experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Flexible; able to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth oriented and time-critical environment, across a given market (500+ indirect reports)
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Ability to respond, interact, and collaborate with all levels of the organization
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
- A background check and drug test will also be performed as part of pre-employment requirements

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
