Facilities Manager, LATAM

InterSystems is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee office operations across LATAM, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional Class A workplace environments. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this role is responsible for facilities operations, real estate management, workplace projects, vendor management, compliance, health and safety, business continuity, and budget oversight across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities, Real Estate & Projects- Manage office facilities across LATAM, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulations.
- Lead office fit-outs, relocations, expansions, refurbishments, and closures.
- Support site selection, lease negotiations, landlord relationships, and real estate decisions.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee maintenance programs, workplace infrastructure, and critical building services.
- Manage facilities vendors, service providers, contracts, procurement processes, and performance metrics.
- Maintain asset inventories, facilities documentation, and operational continuity plans.
- Manage facilities-related CAPEX and OPEX budgets, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and health and safety requirements.
- Lead audits, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and sustainability initiatives.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- 5+ years of Facilities Management experience in a multinational or regional environment.
- Experience managing Class A office facilities, lease negotiations, workplace projects, and vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations, procurement, contract management, compliance, and business continuity.
- Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Power BI, SharePoint, BMS, access control systems, and workplace technologies is desirable.
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
