About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an Supervisor ( Sunset Lounge ) position to join our Food & Beverage Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: 

• Oversee the daily operations of the Sunset Lounge  outlet, ensuring service standards and Jumeirah brand guidelines are consistently upheld across all shifts.
• Deliver attentive, personalised guest experiences by anticipating needs, addressing complaints promptly, and fostering positive guest relationships.
• Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and real-time support to the team to maintain high performance, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor service flow, food & beverage presentation quality, and guest satisfaction to ensure a seamless and memorable outlet experience.
• Assist in scheduling, shift organisation, and special event coordination while supporting cost control and minimising wastage.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and F&B leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality operations and proactive communication.
   

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality or luxury F&B operations.
• Good team management skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Good operational awareness, including scheduling, cost control, and health & safety compliance.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
