Overview of Job Role
Be part of an agile team in the heart of London that is redefining the future of automotive design. You will envision and create strikingly forward-thinking exterior and interior concepts, driving breakthrough ideas that shape products and experiences 5–10+ years ahead. You consistently challenge expectations with a high degree of human creativity and leverage AI-enhanced agility to deliver bold design solutions that both express and actively shape the brand vision.
What You Will Do
- Create compelling design proposals for concept and production vehicles, from ideation to final execution
- Balance multiple projects demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and clarity
- Collaborate with realisation teams to translate 2D sketches into 3D
- Translate trends and insights into forward-thinking design concepts
- Deliver high-quality sketches and visualisations that clearly communicate design intent
- Work closely with engineering and other functional teams to help maintain design intent throughout the development process.
- Participate in technical and styling reviews, contributing to design quality, feasibility, and refinement of proposals.

What You Bring
- Degree in Automotive or Industrial Design (BS, BFA, MS or MFA) or similar
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, VRED, Blender (or similar)
- Strong exterior design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills and process
- Application of AI tools for enhanced speed and agility a plus
- Prefer candidate with experience in automotive design studio as intern and/or graduate
- Ability to translate briefs and feedback into innovative and bold design proposals
