Lead the Transformation discipline for Process Improvements at ING Hubs Slovakia. Define and safeguard expert standards, orchestrate complex change delivery, ensure strategic alignment, and strengthen the Hub’s capability to execute transformational change at scale. Act as both people leader and expert practitioner, developing your team while driving high-impact transformation programs and initiatives in the area of process management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision
Setting the strategic direction for the process improvements function
Linking consultancy, operational excellence, and transformation to business priorities and long-term value creation.
Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and develop a team of transformation specialists (Process Experts –process improvements).
Build expert craftsmanship through structured capability uplift and coaching.
Provide leadership coaching, support performance management.
Lead experts, executing high‑impact process improvement projects, developing standards, methodologies, capabilities, coordinating end‑to‑end improvements, and building continuous improvement culture across the organization.
Lead transformation of the function towards future, technology and AI oriented skills
Transformation Strategy & Portfolio Delivery
Lead the change portfolio and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Embed change management practices into all improvement efforts
Design program and project structures to enable predictable, integrated execution.
Provide specialist guidance on policies, procedures, and complex transformation topics.
Contribute to functional strategy through expert insights.
Report on performance, outcomes and initiative status
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Identify and execute high-impact improvement initiatives.
Develop and deploy standards, frameworks, KPIs, and improvement governance.
Lead adoption of continuous-improvement practices across Hubs.
Use OM dashboards, productivity trends, attendance data, maturity scans, and risk signals to target improvements.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
Engage senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Actively work with COOs, Supercircle leads, Global process leads and senior stakeholders;
Manage cross-functional engagement to enable organizational alignment.
Act as the trusted advisor for operational management and transformation topics
Assurance, Governance & Risk
Ensure adherence to governance, risk standards, and compliance requirements.
Lead assurance reviews and implement corrective actions.
Monitor risk, service reliability, attrition, hiring patterns, and business-change triggers.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
5–10 years in transformation, change delivery, consultancy, or process improvement in international environments.
Proven leadership experience with expertise teams.
Strong expertise in change management methodologies and portfolio integration.
Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards and OM data.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
Black Belt certification
Track record of Black Belt projects delivered
Education & Languages
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Fluent English (C1).
