We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to maintain supplier 100% DIFOT with 100% Purchase Order on time placement to suppliers and ensure Raw Materials on time delivery to relevant locations, while maintaining Dock to Dock.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Raise and share Purchase Orders on time with suppliers to ensure smoothness of the procurement process.
  • Maintain supplier DIFOT 100% by collaborating with allocated suppliers, obtain and analyze delivery charts, schedule delivery meetings with them to receive an update on the current delivery status.
  • Liaise with suppliers for delays and find options to avoid them by analyzing Raw material delays.
  • Involve in raw material quality issue resolution process actively by collaborating with plant connect team and addressing any quality issue of the delivered goods while obtaining replacement or claim of cost on time.
  • Managing Raw materials stock and claim recoveries related to cost of failures.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure the timely completion of selected projects.
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings and ensure the required information is shared with the larger team.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Data Analytics. 
  • Professional qualifications in merchandising or marketing would be advantageous.
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience in the field which includes merchandising.
  • Sound knowledge on Fabric, Embellishments, Styles and Samples.
  • Ability to work with MS Office applications and the SAP System.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability. 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Data Analytics
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in merchandising
  • Sound knowledge of Fabric, Embellishments, Styles, and Samples
  • Professional qualifications in merchandising or marketing
