Key Responsibilities
- Basic understanding of operations / supply chain / logistics / procurement processes
- Experience using MS Excel (data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic charts)
- Familiarity with reporting & dashboards (Power BI is an advantage, not mandatory)
- Ability to handle documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes, GRN support, trackers)
- Experience maintaining trackers and daily status updates (follow-ups, lead times, pending lists)
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or any system) is an advantage
- Ability to support process improvement / continuous improvement tasks (basic SOPs, flowcharts)
- Exposure to Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint is a plus (not required)
- Good email etiquette and professional communication for internal coordination
