Responsibilities
• Oversee daily administrative operations of the warehouse
• Ensure proper documentation and record management
• Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and utilities.
• Ensure high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse infrastructure.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage site-level vendors (security, housekeeping, pest control, transport).
• Monitor SLAs and service quality.
• Process vendor billing and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Control facility budgets, monitor utility consumption, and optimize costs.
• Lead facility improvement, expansion, and automation support projects.
• Maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.
• Track admin-related expenses against budget
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in facility management within warehouse, 3PL, or contract logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and MHE maintenance.
• Strong vendor management and coordination skills
