Lead sourcing and procurement of raw and packaging materials, negotiate supplier agreements, analyze costs and pricing, benchmark market rates, and ensure quality and timely delivery. Manage vendor relationships and third-party manufacturing operations, addressing OTIF performance, quality issues, and stock-out risks. Collaborate with business development, planning, packaging, quality assurance, and finance teams to execute procurement and operations effectively.

Coordinates sales order processing, fulfillment, billing, and communication across sales, supply chain, and finance teams. Maintains sales data, dashboards, customer and distributor records, and territory mappings. Generates performance reports, monitors distributor stock and secondary sales, supports incentives, budgeting, expense tracking, meetings, training, campaigns, and travel claims. Resolves customer and distributor queries while ensuring accurate, timely administrative support.

Provides first-level IT support across the organization, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, peripheral, account, email, and connectivity issues. Installs and maintains operating systems and business applications, supports backups and cybersecurity protocols, manages IT assets and documentation, coordinates with vendors, assists with video conferencing, and escalates unresolved issues to senior IT staff.
