Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Aerospace Program Manager to lead and manage aerospace programs from project initiation through successful delivery. The role requires strong expertise in aerospace program management, cross-functional coordination, customer relationship management, and end-to-end order execution.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and business management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and business growth.
Aerospace Program Management
- Lead and manage aerospace programs throughout the complete project lifecycle:
- Project initiation

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality, and business expectations.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Drive project governance and ensure alignment with customer and organizational objectives.
- Manage new project introduction activities and coordinate project kick-off processes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from RFQ/NPI to production.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage complete order lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams for execution of customer orders.
- Track order status, production schedules, and shipment commitments.
- Resolve operational challenges impacting delivery performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
- Understand customer requirements and proactively address concerns and expectations.
- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Drive customer satisfaction through responsive communication and execution excellence.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline
- Extensive experience in aerospace program management and customer program management
- Experience in manufacturing/EMS/aerospace industry and project execution/delivery management
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and program execution in complex manufacturing environments
- Order management, production planning, and end-to-end order lifecycle coordination experience
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and acting as primary customer interface
- Cross-functional coordination with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, production, and finance
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, schedules, risks, and deliverables
- PMP or Program Management certification
- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, EMS, or high-reliability manufacturing environments
- Exposure to ERP and project management tools
