Lead NPI Engineer responsible for full product introduction lifecycle for PCBA and wire harnesses: DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, tooling/fixture design, process development, validation, troubleshooting, yield improvement, documentation (PFMEA, SOPs), and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliant, high-quality mass production.

Lead end-to-end manufacturing for aerospace & defense electronics including SMT, assembly, testing and system integration. Drive EOHS compliance across the facility by implementing safety and environmental systems, conducting inspections, audits and trainings, managing statutory licenses and returns, performing risk assessments and incident investigations, maintaining emergency preparedness, and leading continuous improvement in safety culture.

Manage end-to-end procurement of electronic and mechanical components, including PO processing, supplier coordination, ERP/MRP updates, import/domestic sourcing, inventory control, P2P support, and procurement process improvements to ensure timely, cost-effective material availability.

Lead customer quality activities for electronics manufacturing: manage customer complaints and audits, drive investigations and CAPA using quality tools (8D, FMEA, RCA), support NPI/FAI, ensure compliance with IPC/ISO standards, coach quality team, and report quality metrics to customers and management.

Coordinate employee travel and helpdesk requests, manage bookings with travel agencies, handle visa and Forex card processes, liaise with vendors, process and track invoices, prepare MIS reports and documentation, support administration and facilities during events and audits, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Lead end-to-end process engineering for SMT, PTH, box-build and electro-mechanical assembly in high-mix, low-volume electronics manufacturing. Drive process validation (FAIR), yield improvement, SPC, PFMEA, root-cause analysis, documentation, NPI support, and continuous improvement to meet customer and quality standards.

Develop and validate G-code/M-code programs from 3D models and drawings using CAD/CAM (Master CAM). Optimize toolpaths, select tooling and cutting parameters, run simulations, collaborate on first-article setups, and ensure parts meet micron-level tolerances using precision measurement tools and GD&T.

Lead NPI and industrialization for aerospace-grade motor assemblies and electro-mechanical systems. Own assembly excellence, fixtures, CAD/GD&T review, DFMEA/PFMEA, FAIR/AS9102, supplier development, failure analysis, testing, and cross-functional team leadership to achieve first-time-right production and AS9100 compliance.

Develop, implement, validate, and improve manufacturing and assembly processes for aerospace components. Support NPI through production sustainment, prepare APQP documentation, apply GD&T and drawing interpretation, manage ECNs and SAP BOMs/routings, collaborate cross-functionally, support audits, FAI, tooling/fixture development, and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.

Lead end-to-end NPI for mechanical parts and motor assemblies including assembly process setup, DFM/DFA/DFMEA, tooling and inspection strategy, supplier development and audits, FAI/pilot/production readiness, AS9100 documentation, RCA/8D, and mentoring junior engineers while interfacing with customers.

Lead supplier quality for mechanical components: assess and approve suppliers, perform audits and inspections, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, manage risk and documentation, coordinate with sourcing/SCM/engineering, and support supplier issue resolution and MRB processes.

Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay and MRP activities for manufacturing: PR-to-PO processing, supplier coordination, inventory control, GRN/IQC coordination, material tracking, and cross-functional production support to ensure build readiness and on-time material availability.

Lead end-to-end NPI for mechanical parts and assemblies, focusing on motor assembly. Define assembly sequences, tooling, inspection, and tolerance analysis. Drive prototype, FAI, pilot, and production readiness; conduct supplier development, audits, and capability reviews. Manage DFMEA/DFM/DFA, AS9100 documentation, RCA/8D corrective actions, and mentor junior engineers while interfacing with customers.

Lead and manage the full bid/proposal lifecycle from RFQ to win. Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prepare competitive quotes, resolve pricing discrepancies, coordinate with sourcing/engineering/finance, maintain documentation, and report RFQ progress to stakeholders.

Support NPI and production test activities for PCBA/EMS products by developing test strategies, executing ICT/FCT/FPT, troubleshooting failures, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with customers/suppliers, maintaining test equipment, and tracking test milestones and documentation to improve yields and ensure test readiness during prototype and mass production.

Lead quality function in an EMS setting covering PCBA, box build and cable assembly. Maintain QMS (ISO standards), enforce IPC workmanship standards, run audits, drive RCA/8D/CAPA, manage supplier and customer quality, track KPIs (FPY, DPMO, RMA, COPQ), and mentor quality team while implementing continuous improvement.

Coordinate and expedite outsourced and subcontracted machining and special processes to meet production and delivery schedules. Track supplier commitments, perform frequent supplier visits, resolve delays, ensure timely movement and receipt of parts, and maintain status updates and internal coordination to meet planned timelines.

Lead end-to-end procurement for an EMS manufacturer, managing P2P, material planning (MRP), supplier selection and performance, inventory optimization, category sourcing (electronic/electromechanical/mechanical parts), team leadership, procurement automation, and supply-risk mitigation to ensure uninterrupted production and cost savings.
