Oversee supplier quality for mechanical components by evaluating and approving suppliers, developing quality plans, conducting audits, establishing inspection standards, resolving defects through root cause analysis and corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement. The role maintains supplier quality records, manages rejections and blocked stock, reports performance metrics, assesses supply chain risks, and collaborates with sourcing, supply chain, engineering, production, and suppliers. Travel to supplier sites may be required.

Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for electronics and mechanical commodities. Responsibilities include creating and reconciling purchase orders, resolving goods receipt, quality, inventory, invoice, and payment issues, coordinating with suppliers and Finance, tracking shipments and delivery commitments, executing MRP activities, managing demand changes, aligning materials with production needs, and coordinating stock transfers between locations.

Leads end-to-end new product introduction from prototype through mass production. Manages build plans, manufacturing readiness, process development, production transfers, and cross-functional launch activities. Develops process documentation including PFMEA, control plans, process flows, and work instructions. Supports APQP, PPAP, FAI, testing, quality compliance, root cause analysis, yield improvement, cost reduction, and cycle-time optimization across electronics and mechanical manufacturing processes.

Leads aerospace machining First Article Inspection activities under AS9102, including preparation, review, approval, and submission of FAI packages. Verifies component conformity against drawings, CAD models, GD&T, specifications, and inspection records. Coordinates with customers on FAI status, NCRs, discrepancies, RMAs, and product acceptance. Supports contract reviews, corrective actions, configuration control, and continuous improvement while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, inspection, quality, and supply chain teams.

Lead end-to-end new product introduction from design transfer to mass production. Manage multiple NPI projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure manufacturing readiness, drive DFM/DFA, oversee pilot builds and ramp-up, manage quality and risk (DFMEA/PFMEA), and maintain NPI documentation and metrics.

Drive EOHS compliance across the facility by implementing safety and environmental systems, conducting inspections, audits and trainings, managing statutory licenses and returns, performing risk assessments and incident investigations, maintaining emergency preparedness, and leading continuous improvement in safety culture.

Manage end-to-end procurement of electronic and mechanical components, including PO processing, supplier coordination, ERP/MRP updates, import/domestic sourcing, inventory control, P2P support, and procurement process improvements to ensure timely, cost-effective material availability.

Lead customer quality activities for electronics manufacturing: manage customer complaints and audits, drive investigations and CAPA using quality tools (8D, FMEA, RCA), support NPI/FAI, ensure compliance with IPC/ISO standards, coach quality team, and report quality metrics to customers and management.
